3. Product features of fixed scissor lift:

The fixed scissor lift is driven by full hydraulic power, featuring convenient operation and reliable performance. The lip plate and platform are connected via a full-length shaft, ensuring high strength and excellent reliability. Imported seals are used to ensure superior sealing performance of the hydraulic system. An imported integrated modular hydraulic station is employed, providing good sealing and a long service life. The high-strength "U" beam design ensures long-term operation under high loads without deformation. Anti-slip pattern steel plates are used to provide excellent anti-slip performance on the platform. Anti-pinch toe guards are installed on both sides to prevent accidental injury caused by toes extending into the platform. Support rods are provided to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel when entering the interior of the boarding bridge for maintenance.

4. Precautions for using a fixed scissor lift:

1. If the equipment indeed needs maintenance, the platform should be raised and secured before proceeding;

2. Overloading operations are strictly prohibited. During the use of the platform, overloading and exceeding the height limit are strictly prohibited, and the goods must not move during the lifting process;

3. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean and must not be mixed with other impurities;

4. When the lifting platform malfunctions and cannot operate normally, the power source should be cut off immediately for maintenance. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment with defects; non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble hydraulic and electrical components;

5. During operation, be sure not to let items, tools, etc. fall into the slide;

6. This equipment should be operated and maintained by designated personnel;

7. Hydraulic oil should generally be replaced every six months. In winter, use N32 anti-wear hydraulic oil; in summer, use N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
