1. What is a fixed scissor lift?

The fixed scissor lift is a type of lift with good stability, which cannot move and can only be fixed for operation, making high-altitude work effortless. It is mainly used for transporting goods between production lines or floors; loading and unloading materials; adjusting the height of workpieces during assembly; feeding materials from high-altitude feeders; lifting components during the assembly of large equipment; loading and unloading materials on and off large machine tools; and supporting rapid loading and unloading of goods with forklifts and other handling vehicles in warehousing and loading/unloading areas.

2. Characteristics of fixed scissor lift:

 According to the usage requirements, the fixed scissor lift can be equipped with auxiliary devices for arbitrary combinations. For example, the lifting car can be used in conjunction with the conveying equipment at the entrance and exit, enabling the conveying process to be fully automated. Operators do not need to enter the lift, thus ensuring their personal safety and enabling multi-floor cargo conveyance to improve production efficiency. The electrical control method, work platform form, and power form can also be configured. The correct selection of various configurations can maximize the functionality of the lift and achieve the best usage effect. Optional configurations for fixed lifts include manual hydraulic power, movable flaps for easy connection with surrounding facilities, rolling or motorized roller tracks, safety touch bars to prevent foot crushing, accordion-style safety shields, manually or motorized rotating workbenches, hydraulically operated flipping workbenches, safety support rods to prevent the lift from falling, stainless steel safety nets, electric or hydraulically operated lift travel power systems, and universal ball-bearing tables.
