1. The aerial work platform with a mast adopts a simultaneous lifting and lowering mechanism for the mast, ensuring stronger stability during ascent and descent. The mast material is made of high-strength aviation aluminum, ensuring the safety of operators.

The self-developed integrated built-in sliding blocks are used between each mast column, resulting in a small dynamic gap between the columns, ensuring smoother and more reliable operation during lifting and lowering, which is far superior to the ordinary independent guide wheel type support structure.

3. The chassis adopts a four-wheel rolling chassis, which allows it to easily travel even in corners, narrow spaces, and areas with multiple obstacles.

9. The platform utilizes high-pressure steel wire oil pipes, all of which meet the internationally recognized ISO8434-1 standard. Their compressive strength significantly exceeds the pressure of the hydraulic system, ensuring the safety of the oil pipes. Additionally, the hydraulic system is equipped with a pipeline rupture prevention valve, which prevents the platform from rapidly descending even in the event of an accidental pipeline rupture.

10. Proportional control: Utilizing a proportional electro-hydraulic controllable system, the platform can be adjusted to ascend or descend as desired.

11. The 115% load-bearing design requires overload limitation. The chain is galvanized for enhanced durability and product safety.

12. The equipment is equipped with leakage protection switches, emergency stop switches, limit electrical limit switches, etc. The button boxes are all designed to be waterproof.

13. The control voltage of the equipment is DC 24V, effectively ensuring personal safety.

14. The lifting drive chain adopts a dual-chain structure and utilizes industrial plate chains, ensuring high load capacity and safety factor.

15. The hydraulic power unit adopts an integrated pump station, featuring a compact structure and reliable performance. The hydraulic system is equipped with an emergency lowering function to prevent power outages and unexpected situations, and the emergency operation is extremely simple.

16. The compressive strength of high-pressure steel wire tubing is significantly greater than the pressure of the hydraulic system, ensuring the safety of the tubing.
